Sip something worth slowing down for.
Brasserie roasts in small batches, bakes fresh every morning, and pours coffee like it still matters — because to us, it does.
A neighborhood coffee shop that never stopped caring where the beans come from.
Brasserie opened in 2021 with one rule that hasn't changed since: never serve anything we wouldn't drink ourselves. That means beans we can trace to a specific farm, pastries baked before sunrise, and a room where you're welcome to stay as long as you like.
We're not chasing trends — just consistently good coffee, made by people who know your name after the second visit.

What makes us different
Ethically sourced, always
Direct-trade relationships with every farm we buy from — no exceptions.
Roasted weekly, in-house
Small batches, roasted on-site — never sitting in a warehouse for months.
Made for lingering
Fast wifi, plenty of outlets, and nobody clocking your table time.
Community first
Local art on our walls, and every day-old pastry goes to a nearby shelter.

"Genuinely the only cafe where I can work for four hours and nobody side-eyes me for not ordering a fourth drink."
